Joan Gladstone has mastered the use of bright colors, bold shapes and clean lines to reimagine iconic scenes of Laguna Beach and along the Southern California coast.  This year, Joan introduces a new series of colorful oil paintings that reinterpret Route 66 signs and celebrate its Centennial in 2026. 

Exhibitions of her work include the Hilbert Museum of California Art, Sawdust Art Festival, John Wayne Airport, Newport Beach Central Library, City of Laguna Beach, Huntington Beach Art Center, City of Hope and many more.
